Zomatra, Owning your own place is a good plan, even with a trailer on it if zoning will permit.

To really improve your quality of life you should make plans to include one of those long haired girls (not necessarily pregnant or a redhead).

I hit such a low-point in my life, that I was living in a run-down trailer park, in a trailer with no heat, that was an electrical hazard, and when it rained the floors would get all wet, with leaks, and shit like that...fortunately it only lasted six weeks before I wised up, got a second job and moved the hell out...about a year later the whole park which was a crack nest, was ruled a hazard, residents were ordered out, and it was bulldozed...however I have contemplated buying land on the outskirts of a rural county, and putting a good airstream trailer on it.. at least I'd be a landowner, living a simple, modest but comfortable life ;-)
