My wedding invitation, probably

We're giving antique brass bells as favors and to ring post-ceremony instead of throwing rice or bird seed or LAVENDER (I'm looking at you WoT!), so this fits rather well with the "motif."

Thanks everyone! We met with the photographers today at the location to go over everything and it makes me even more excited! Yay! Less than two weeks, now!
Wedding is still on (you can tell by the fact I haven't been on here in over a week!) and it's just a matter of days at this point! I'm really excited about seeing everything come together, so that's what's keeping me going.
Is the wedding still on, Amber?
Less than a month away now.
You're a better woman than I am cga....I got ALL crazy about the food... but you know how we love our food!!!!
She can drug all non-nieces, but hands off our girls CGA ;D
That whole lavender thing was my mom's idea!!! It gave me an awful headache and rash... hey you got a rash too didn't you???? Pretty invites!
i would imagine it would be a much more fulfilling experience to be talking with and meeting with a large variety of people, rather than fainting because someone got the beige-colored napkins, instead of the champagne-colored ones. good to hear.
I'm not a weddings and flowers and unicorns kinda girl, so all this planning has been very...interesting. I've discovered that the thing I care about least is actually my dress. The thing I care about most? Seeing as many people as possible.
or hand out joints..... THAT'll keep the kids occupied.... also, make sure that you book Maxx Klaxon or Daft Punk as the DJs. and yes, for all of you who want to say it, I know just how good my wedding ideas are. That's why i'm planning on becoming a professional wedding planner.... ;) but, on a serious note, I hope it goes well and you enjoy it. I'm not a marriage and weddings person myself, but I hope that yours goes well for you.
Bubbles are a good option. The kids are occupied with the fun of bubbles. Just have some bubble kits to hand out to the kids. The parents love it to as the kids stay in a good mood.
don't throw rice! people can slip on it and get hurt! I've seen it happen before!
Just elope, CGA. Hassle free and mom will only sulk about for a month or two.
Thanks for the invite Amber, by when do you need to know if I'm attending or not?
I am going to buy you one of these,

they're all the rage in England ! ;)
Oh hells, yeah! Most of my decisions have been based on whether something is going to stress me out. If it will cause me stress, it's not going to be at the wedding. Of course, I guess I can't tell my mom to stay away, so there goes that idea!
It all sounds perfect CGAmber, just remember to allow some time to enjoy the wedding too :D
My first wedding .... we made large paper hershy kisses and closed them using ribbon and had hershy kisses in them. We had actually made our invitations one evening. We even made the paper. woot woot ;)
