Heavily influenced by Dracula, the Stoker Estate demanded all copies of the film be destroyed. Luckily, a single copy survived or this classic horror would have been lost forever. For those of you who might consider it clichéd, consider that many concepts from this film were used in later horror movies. This is the original source.

Yes, I have it also. I thought it was a very clever idea. Willem Dafoe was particularly creepy as well. :-)

You're damn right Frostek!! I prefer watching the original "Nosferatu" than the remake! The original is sure quite old stuff but quite more terrifying!!
