i am just stumbling upon this interesting and often amusing thread (the line about the chimps is laugh-out-loud funny). bellyfull, have you secured the original name to prevent impostors? a pity it happened at all.

this site continues to evolve and as it does, we adjust. think of it this way, without snaps, what would we be left with? myspace is a pathetic alternative and i cannot fly in IL2 everyday just to chat with friends..

it is our duty to comment and voice opinions about all things including change. i don't think tjp ignores us purposely (maybe he ignores some people, but not all of us). i say i am lucky to only have been banned once :D

Well really Repub, I wouldn't so much call it complaining. I'd say (at least from what I've said to TJP) that it's more like helpful suggestions or alerts. It's not that much of a surprise that we 'complain' about one thing and then 'complain' about another. What's being tried here is a trial-an-error problem solving process, and if the trial turns out to be an error, then it's no surprise that we will speak against it and ask for a new trial. I don't think you should call it complaining - but, perhaps you are right, and part of the overall problem is that the users do more complaining about the situation than trying to solve it, in which case that needs to change before any major TJP-headed site changes can occur.

tjp is still a young boy. he'll get a better handle on this business when he comes to terms with the fact that he probably enjoys penis. You do so much 'growing-up' in your twenties

darn. No winning in this situation. TJP does seem consistently absent whenever we, the Lumra members, have a credible or important problem or would like to make something better. But, after all, he is just one man, like us. (I assume.)
