It was the guard from the station and he stopped me from touching it :P.... He yelled at me!!! (>_<)...

I tried to spin 1 of the tires but the guard told me not to touch it (>_<)... The tires dont move anyway... And maybe I shouldve asked the name of this... But I like tire scuplture thing (^_^)...
