Okay, I know the athletes are getting younger & younger in every professional sport, but this is ridiculous...she's 100lbs lighter than all the other riders!

Of course it's the manufacturer's fault. They knew it was dangerous, that's why they put the warning sticker on it that states the machine should not be operated by anyone under 16.
This reminds me of what was in the local news this week! A 9 year old boy and his Dad were out on their ATV's, and the boy wrecked, and is currently in Riley's Hospital for children! The Dad blames the 4-wheeler! I blame him, for putting a 9 year old on a 450cc monster! Stupid people!

Yes, after I bought my 200X in the early 80's, a few years later when that became an issue, they sent me a sticker to put on it that says just that!
